Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.

John 12:24

Come join us for our upcoming Family Bible Weekend!

We need to talk

Have you ever had to be the bearer of bad news? The person who comforts someone after they experience a loss? Well, Jesus did. The weird thing about Jesus was that He was the one comforting and the one the disciples were going to lose. The amazing thing about John 16, is that Jesus reveals how his death on the cross is necessary to bring good to His disciples. In these few verses, we are going to see Jesus turning the disciples, "Sorrow for Joy." Hopefully, you can join us for this series!

Is this on Sale?

The gospel is not a sales pitch, and evangelism is not a marketing campaign. A salesperson might have the goal of getting a buyer to say yes or sign the contract. In Jesus' ministry, he would often do or say things that would split the crowd and cause people to walk away. Why would He do this? We are going to take a look and see in the series "Not for Sale".

What Was the Angels' Role in the Christmas Story?

Angels are seen as taking on many different roles in the pages of Scripture. They are mighty warriors, great worshipers, and ministers who serve in the presence of God. But in the Christmas story, we see that the angels fulfill a very specific purpose: as the messengers or heralds of the newborn King. In the next few weeks we are going to look at how this message of Jesus' birth was given in some of the most difficult of situations and how it would affect those receiving it. We hope you can join us for "The Angels of Christmas."
